The early days: After experiencing centre management, commercial development client marketing directions in the world of distribution and manufacturing, I took the initiative of creating a “new generation” agency in France.
My ambition was to provide businesses with new and pragmatic solutions created from the powerful synergy between creativity, motivation by results and client data intelligence. This new offer of services could only be operational if the agency integrated and managed the whole of the value chain. This is why Loyalty Expert, from the outset, prioritised strong investment in technology, expert human resource, and R & D.
2004: Opening of Loyalty Expert, first supported by Brasseries Kronenbourg, for whom we managed the largest loyalty programme in the Café-Hotel-Restaurant field.
2007: R&D bears fruit and the concept of Intelligent Marketing emerges, bringing a variety of tools which enabled the agency to achieve a turnover of almost 5.2 million Euros.
2008: The Carrefour / Promocash group is attracted by Intelligent Marketing and decides to use us to analyse its data and revamp its loyalty programme. This was also the point when Loyalty Expert began to develop new markets.
2009: we become leader in the dining-out field in France, reaching the milestone of 9 million Euros of turnover.
2010: Intelligent Marketing develops in new markets To support our rapid growth, we moved into new premises of nearly 1200 m2 close to Lyon and launch a programme to recruit more than 20 staff.
Encouraged by our success, we intend to become the leading agency in B2B relationship market.
